Free Nutrition Classes

We are so thankful for Woodie’s Supermarket for sponsoring a series of three free nutrition classes in 2024!

We are equally thankful for the brilliant and groovy Martina Samm, registered dietician nutritionist, for sharing her knowledge with the community in an informative, supportive and encouraging way. Martina put together a series of three classes on the following topics — MyPlate, the Mediterranean Way, and Super Foods! The courses took place monthly during January, February and March of 2024.

Because of this community partnership between Bremen Arts, Woodie’s Supermarket and Martina Samm, together, we were able to provide free classes that informed and educated our local community on a variety of nutrition topics.
